Very pleasant wee place, popped in for a small bite and a cuppa. They don't serve hot drinks apparently, however, as it was so cold outside they made us tea anyway! How lovely was that? We had mixed pakora and that was delicious .There's nowhere nearby, that I'm aware of, that serves tea /coffee. Maybe there's not a lot of passing trade but that's what's missing from this wee row of shops I think
This is a nice wee friendly place to eat in or takeaway. Even has milkshakes that i would highly recommend. Its a nice clean and tidy place to eat. It has a clean and well kept toilet too. The prices are fare and well matched with the quality of the food. Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Keep up the good work Bay Leaf.
Thoroughly enjoyable takeaway. Nice quality food. I had chicken jaipuri which was delicious. My only small criticism - it could have been served a little hotter, although it wasn't by any means cold. Excellent polite and efficient service. Nice ambience about the place even though it was a takeaway I ordered rather than a sit in.
Bay Leaf is more of an exciting take away restaurant with some 4 internal tables and two external tables for those that love a breath of fresh air! The menu offers a large choice of curries, and there are also two refrigerated display cabinets, one full of delicious flavours of ice cream and one with cold drinks. Easy wheelchair access.
Came in for Ice cream late in the evening.Good selection, good price, good quality, good service.Overall good One of the few takeaways I've seen that offer such a large selection of foods, all good.Seating both inside and out
